Meet Shareese

Shareese is a business and brand partnerships executive with over 12 years closing deals for the world’s biggest brands, host of Business School Dropout, and the executive who built the partnership revenue engine at CultureCon.
Shareese went back to business school in her twenties because her student loans needed to be deferred and she was tired of being broke. She was already at NBCUniversal, and most weeks the job taught her something her classes wouldn’t get to for years. So she left, set her sights on VP by 30, and got there.
Twelve years in, she has closed more than $100 million in brand partnership revenue for some of the world’s biggest and coolest names, by breaking the rules instead of following someone else’s playbook. Dropping out was never the setback. It was the launchpad for a career no syllabus could have scripted.
Now she turns those receipts into a practical curriculum for people done waiting to be picked. Business School Dropout covers the money, politics, language and moves behind getting paid, and what to do next Monday.
